01 General Terms & Conditions

6k444 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform, operated for adult users in Bangladesh and other eligible countries. The following terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 6k444 and its members.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version will take precedence. 6k444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time and members will be notified in advance of any changes.

Applicability

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all users aged 18 and above.
• By accessing 6k444, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• 6k444 does not provide services to residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Only one account may be created per household or per device.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on 6k444, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. 6k444 reserves the right to cancel any account where incorrect information is provided or eligibility conditions are not met.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• The name, date of birth, address, and ID information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility. You must not share your account with anyone else.

Identity Verification (KYC)

6k444 complies with international anti-money laundering laws. Identity verification may be requested for withdrawals above a certain threshold or in cases of suspicious activity. Accounts will be temporarily suspended if the required KYC documents are not submitted on time.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6k444 supports multiple local payment methods — including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket — for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. All deposits and withdrawals are fully secure and transparent.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method belonging to the account holder.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• A record of every deposit will be stored in the member's account.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawal requests may be subject to a temporary delay until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

04 Betting Rules

Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on 6k444. These rules apply equally to all members and no exceptions will be made.

Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 6k444 initiates the cancellation.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after the event has started.
• Odds for in-play betting may change in real time based on live data.

Result Determination

• The official result issued by the relevant sports authority will be considered final for settling bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If you have a dispute regarding a result, please contact 6k444 customer support; it will be resolved within 48 hours.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6k444 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before use.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit.
• The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and applies to one account only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of at least 10 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus conditions must be met within the specified time frame; the bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the security of 6k444 and a fair experience for all members. Violations will result in immediate action.

• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse).
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Betting against yourself or engaging in coordinated betting (match betting / arbitrage).
• Attempting to interfere with the platform through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at customer support staff.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

6k444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Members may also request account closure themselves.

Reasons for Account Closure by 6k444

• Violation of the terms or participation in prohibited activities.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Court order or government directive.

Closed at member's own request

Under our Responsible Gaming policy, any member may request a temporary or permanent account closure by contacting us via live chat or email. The account will be closed within 24 hours of receiving the request.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

6k444 treats the privacy of members' personal information with the utmost care. Your data is never sold to third parties.

09 Limitation of Liability

The 6k444 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 6k444 is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

• 6k444 is not obligated to compensate for bets lost due to loss of internet connection.
• The member is solely responsible if their account information is disclosed to another party.
• 6k444 is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or pandemics.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

6k444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.
